Lead and evaluate daily activities in the group's production line to run smoothly, so that production targets can be achieved based on predetermined efficiency, quality, quantity targets and meeting company regulations.

The Role:

  • Have responsibility for implementing production processes and product quality procedures in accordance with standard work instructions and work safety instructions so as to support the achievement of production targets based on predetermined efficiency, quality and quantity targets and comply with company regulations.
  • Carry out production plans and placement of work personnel to meet PPIC production targets.
  • Carry out control and regulation of raw materials for the production process into finished materials with the provisions that have been targeted by the company.
  • Check employee discipline and performance every day.
  • Evaluate the production process running smoothly by paying attention to 4M 1L (People, Machines, Materials, Methods and Environment).
  • Ensure that the implementation of 5S, Autonomos MTC, Problem Solving, Performance Board, and Briefing, Continues Improvement activities run on each production line so that it can support the achievement of efficiency levels and machine performance in accordance with established standards.
  • Coordinating with QC, Maintenance and Engineering in carrying out repairs to production machines and equipment, identifying problems, providing suggestions for necessary repairs and prevention so that the same problems do not occur again.
  • Ensure that documentation (Attendance, Output Monitoring, Shift Reports, Production Orders, Job Mixing, Reports on production results and waste, System Improvement) must be completed in the production process and filled in and processed completely and correctly as well as entering transaction data related to production data.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the materials to be used in accordance with standards, as well as handling the remaining materials properly and carrying out stock taking every month.
  • Ensure that all production targets can be achieved effectively in accordance with quality standards, occupational health and safety (K3), GMP, PKRT, and ISO systems.
  • Carry out activities in accordance with the strategy set by the production supervisor.

Requirement:

    • Min. D3 or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering and previous background in STM / Vocational School in Industrial Mechanical Engineering (MUST), with min GPA 3.00/4.00
    • Fresh Graduate or 1 year of work experience in FMCG production (Tube/Baby Powder) is preferred.
    • For Mechanical Engineering: Have skills in Drilling, Scraping, Sawing, Lathe, Milling, Grinding, Milling, CNC
    • For Electrical Engineering: Familiar with PLC, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, panels, high voltage electricity, Electrical circuits - various electrical components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors and inductors in an electrical circuit, electrical power engineering, control engineering, transformers, electric generators, electrical substations, large cables, etc.
    • Likes working in the field/plant/factory 100%, setting up machines, and understand about industrial system.
    • Initiative, fast learner, and good leadership.
    • Able to work as a team or alone according to the needs of the project.
    • Can work under pressure, is flexible, analytical, and has good problem solving.
    • Willing to work overtime or on holidays if needed.
    • Working Hours: 6 Days, 3 Shifts
  • Monday to Friday:
  • Shift 1: 6AM - 2PM
  • Shift 2: 2PM - 10PM
  • Shift 3: 10PM - 6AM
  • Saturday:
  • Shift 1: 6AM - 11AM
  • Shift 2: 11AM - 4PM
  • Shift 3: 4PM - 9PM
